Tasks

The WTI team is looking for a student fellow to assist with administrative and communication support for our programs, courses, seminars, and events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Uploading reading material to student platforms
  • Compiling surveys and analyzing the results from our weekly courses
  • Providing support for the WTI Library
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Assisting with website management and social media
  • Supporting event management activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's-level student in relevant fields related to WTI (Law, Economics, International Relations)
  • Fluent in English (proficiency in German is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Flexible and willing to take on tasks outside of the defined job description
  • Experience in an academic and international environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently
  • Must be matriculated at a University in Switzerland and possess a valid work permit (if non-Swiss citizen)
