Tasks
The WTI team is seeking a student fellow to assist with administrative and communication support for its programs, courses, seminars, and events. Your responsibilities will include:
- Uploading reading material to student platforms
- Compiling surveys and analyzing results from WTI's weekly courses
- Providing support for the WTI Library
- Updating the CRM database
- Assisting with the website and social media
- Supporting event management
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master-level student in fields related to WTI (Law, Economics, International Relations)
- Fluent in English (good knowledge of German is preferable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Flexible and willing to take on tasks beyond the job description
- Experience in an academic and international environment
- Ability to work in teams as well as independently
- Students must be matriculated at a university in Switzerland and possess a valid working permit (if non-Swiss citizens)
