Tasks

The WTI team is seeking a student fellow to assist with administrative and communication support for its programs, courses, seminars, and events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Uploading reading material to student platforms
  • Compiling surveys and analyzing results from WTI's weekly courses
  • Providing support for the WTI Library
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Assisting with the website and social media
  • Supporting event management

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master-level student in fields related to WTI (Law, Economics, International Relations)
  • Fluent in English (good knowledge of German is preferable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Flexible and willing to take on tasks beyond the job description
  • Experience in an academic and international environment
  • Ability to work in teams as well as independently
  • Students must be matriculated at a university in Switzerland and possess a valid working permit (if non-Swiss citizens)
