We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student assistant to support the preparation of teaching materials for a graduate-level economics course. This position is ideal for students with strong technical and organizational skills, particularly those with experience in LaTeX and Python programming. A background in economics is a plus but not strictly required.
The assistant will collaborate with the instructor to typeset lecture slides, support the development of problem sets, and create other presentation materials. The course involves formal modeling and applied computational techniques, combining tasks in typesetting (LaTeX) and coding (Python).
This position offers a comfortable workspace with flexible working hours. Remote work is possible, though office presence is preferred.
