The Albert Einstein School of Public Policy at ETH Zurich is an interdisciplinary center that combines public policy, science, and technology to address the greatest societal challenges of our time. We are seeking a Student Assistant to support the Executive Office activities of the School in the areas of policy dialogue and teaching.

Job Description

The Student Assistant will support the Executive Office with the following responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization and delivery of events and programs related to teaching and policy dialogue (e.g., the Einstein Colloquium and the ETH Policy Fellowship).
• Conduct desk research and assist in preparing materials such as presentations and factsheets.
• Proofread communication and event-related materials.
• Provide support for website updates and social media content management as needed.

Profile

• Currently enrolled at a Swiss university (preferably at an advanced Bachelor’s or early Master’s level).
• Initial experience in event organization.
• Reliable and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German is highly desirable.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva) is an advantage.
• Academic or personal interest in the intersection of science and public policy is an asset.
