Your Tasks

• Perform composite works on cases, frames, and fairings according to effective regulations.
• Conduct inspections on composite parts.
• Evaluate cases of damages on engine components.
• Perform composite modification works on parts and assemblies.
• Ensure a continuous development of repair procedures to increase productivity.
• Strictly comply with standard practices and processes.
• Develop shop processes to optimize quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations and rules.
• Implement 5S principles to maintain a clean working environment.

Your Profile

• 3 - 4 years of technical apprenticeship (Polymer Technologist or Sheet Metal Worker).
• Experience in composite parts repair.
• Proven autonomous and accurate working abilities.
• Open-minded personality and a strong team player.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Minimum English level A2.
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
