Your Responsibilities

• Perform composite work on cases, frames, and fairings according to effective regulations.
• Carry out inspections on composite parts.
• Evaluate cases of damage on engine parts.
• Implement modifications on composite parts and assemblies.
• Ensure continuous development of repair procedures to increase productivity.
• Maintain strict compliance with standard practices and processes.
• Drive the continuous development of shop processes to optimize quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety and quality regulations and rules.
• Apply 5S principles to ensure a clean working environment.

Your Profile

• 3 - 4 years of technical apprenticeship (Polymer Technologist or Sheet Metal Worker).
• Experience in composite parts repair.
• Ability to work autonomously and with precision.
• Open-minded personality and a team player.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Minimum English Level A2.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
