Your Tasks

• Perform composite work on cases, frames, and fairings according to regulations
• Conduct inspections on composite parts
• Assess damage on engine components
• Carry out composite modifications on parts and assemblies
• Support continuous improvement of repair procedures to increase productivity
• Ensure strict adherence to standard practices, safety, and quality regulations
• Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Your Profile

• 3-4 years technical apprenticeship (Polymer Technologist or Sheet Metal Worker)
• Proven experience in composite part repair
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy
• Strong team player with an open-minded attitude
• Good English skills (required); German is an advantage
• Basic IT knowledge
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
