Your Role
As a Structures Technician - Composite, you will:
- Perform repair and modification work on composite engine parts, various airplane parts, or third-party customer parts according to relevant regulations.
- Conduct inspections and evaluations of various engine parts made from composite materials, and manage the associated documentation.
Your Tasks
- Execute composite work on cases, frames, and fairings in accordance with effective regulations.
- Conduct inspections on composite parts.
- Assess damage cases on engine components.
- Implement composite modification work on parts and assemblies.
- Drive the continuous development of repair procedures to enhance productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard practices and processes.
- Develop shop processes to optimize quality, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Comply with all safety and quality regulations and standards.
- Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean working environment.
Your Profile
- 3 to 4 years of technical apprenticeship (Polymer Technologist or Sheet Metal Worker).
- Experience in composite parts repair.
- Ability to work autonomously and accurately.
- Open-minded personality and a team player.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Minimum English level of A2.
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work in two shifts.
