Your Role

As a Structures Technician - Composite, you will:

  • Perform repair and modification work on composite engine parts, various airplane parts, or third-party customer parts according to relevant regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and evaluations of various engine parts made from composite materials, and manage the associated documentation.

Your Tasks

  • Execute composite work on cases, frames, and fairings in accordance with effective regulations.
  • Conduct inspections on composite parts.
  • Assess damage cases on engine components.
  • Implement composite modification work on parts and assemblies.
  • Drive the continuous development of repair procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure strict adherence to standard practices and processes.
  • Develop shop processes to optimize quality, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Comply with all safety and quality regulations and standards.
  • Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean working environment.

Your Profile

  • 3 to 4 years of technical apprenticeship (Polymer Technologist or Sheet Metal Worker).
  • Experience in composite parts repair.
  • Ability to work autonomously and accurately.
  • Open-minded personality and a team player.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Minimum English level of A2.
  • Proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts.
