Tasks

We are looking for a dedicated Storeman for Tools & Equipment. In this role, you will issue and receive tools, manage bookings in AMOS, check completeness, support inventories, and prepare shipments. If you're organized and have a passion for tools, apply online using the form below.

• Support a large team of mechanics by managing the issuance and return of technical tools using AMOS, a specialized computerized inventory and maintenance management system.
• Perform visual inspections of tools to check for damage, missing items, or wear, and accurately report findings via designated computer systems.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain the organization and cleanliness of tool storage areas.
• Process and book orders to send tools to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industrial safety regulations.
• Assist in operating the mobile tool store vehicle within the airport premises.

Requirements

• Enjoys working in a customer-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Able to follow strict procedures and workplace rules
• Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, night), including weekends on a rotational basis
• Team-oriented but capable of working independently
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is an advantage
• Experience in logistics is a plus
• Valid driver's license and/or forklift license is an asset
• Confident using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
