Warehouse Operations Overview
The Warehouse operates seven days a week, providing essential logistical support including picking, ATA300 packaging, material delivery to aircraft, AOG support, and transportation preparation. Our mission is to deliver high-quality service and efficient logistics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Issue material from the store based on pick-slip requirements.
- Pre-load materials for aircraft checks and ensure timely delivery to the requested location.
- Organize the pick-up of materials and ensure delivery according to established processes.
- Put away materials in the store after goods receipt or if not used.
- Support urgent material deliveries to various drop points and locations.
- Pack and unpack materials; control and manage stock.
- Assist with general warehouse operations in Zurich and Basel, focusing on optimization.
- Responsible for accurate material bookings in LX AMOS and managing quarantine items.
- Perform physical inventory checks.
- Support the core team in the goods receiving process.
- Assist the core team in the dispatch of unserviceable materials.
Your Profile
- Successful apprenticeship in logistics, supply chain, or a commercial background.
- Experience in a warehouse, store, or logistics environment is required.
- Highly flexible and a strong team player.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work shifts (early, late, and night), occasionally at Basel Airport.
- Good command of English and German.
- Experience in aviation is a plus.
- Knowledge of AMOS is advantageous.
- Valid driving license.
