Join Our Warehouse Team
The Warehouse operates seven days a week, offering essential logistic support. We specialize in tasks such as picking, ATA300 packaging, material delivery to aircraft, AOG support, and transportation preparation. Our mission is to deliver high-quality service along with efficient logistic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue materials from the store based on pick-slip requirements.
- Pre-load materials for aircraft checks and ensure timely delivery to the requested location.
- Organize the pick-up of materials and oversee their delivery in accordance with established processes.
- Put away materials in the store after goods receiving or for unused materials.
- Support urgent material deliveries to various drop points and locations.
- Pack/unpack and control materials effectively.
- Assist with general warehouse work in Zurich and Basel and drive optimization.
- Ensure accurate material bookings in LX AMOS.
- Manage quarantine items.
- Conduct physical inventory checks.
- Assist the core team in the goods receiving process.
- Support the core team in dispatching unserviceable materials.
Your Profile
- Successful apprenticeship in logistics/supply chain or a commercial background (“KV”).
- Experience in a warehouse/store or logistics environment is required.
- High flexibility and a strong team player.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night), occasionally at the Basel Airport.
- Good command of English and German.
- Experience in aviation is an advantage.
- AMOS experience is a plus.
- A valid driving license.
