The Warehouse operates seven days a week, providing necessary logistics support, including picking, ATA300 packaging, material delivery to aircraft, AOG support, and preparation for transportation. Our mission is to deliver high-quality service and efficient logistical solutions.

Tasks
- Issue materials from the store based on pick-slip requirements
- Pre-load materials for aircraft checks and ensure timely delivery to the requested location
- Organize pick-up of materials and ensure delivery according to established processes
- Put away materials in store (after goods receiving or not-used materials)
- Support urgent material deliveries to various drop points and locations
- Pack / unpack and control materials
- Assist with general warehouse work (in Zurich and Basel) and optimization
- Responsible for accurate material bookings in LX AMOS
- Manage quarantine items
- Perform physical inventory checks
- Support core team in the goods receiving process
- Assist the core team in the dispatch process of unserviceable materials

Requirements
- Successful apprenticeship in the area of logistics / supply chain or commercial background (KV)
- Experience in a warehouse / store or logistics environment required
- High flexibility and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts (early, late, and night), occasionally at the Airport Basel
- Good command of English and German
- Experience in aviation is an advantage
- AMOS experience is an advantage
- Driving license
