Job Opportunity: Steward (W/M/X)

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of kitchen equipment, materials, and facilities.
• Assisting the chef with requisitions and storage of kitchen goods.
• Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation of basic raw materials.
• Cleaning machinery and refrigerators in accordance with HACCP regulations.
• Monitoring kitchen equipment functionality and reporting issues.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Patient, organized, and flexible in approach.
• Swiss nationality, valid work permit, or European nationality (CE/AELE).
