Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking to fill the position of:

Steward (W/M/X) at our César Ritz College - Brig

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of equipment, materials, and kitchen facilities.
• Assist the chef with requisitioning and storing kitchen goods.
• Support the kitchen team in the preparation of basic raw materials.
• Clean machinery and refrigeration units in compliance with HACCP regulations.
• Monitor the proper functioning of kitchen equipment and report any issues.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Patient, organized, and flexible.
• Swiss nationality, valid permit, or European nationality (CE/AELE).
