Your Profile
- Work experience in stewarding/cleaning is a plus
- Knowledge of English; German is a plus
- Good physical resilience
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Independent and precise work ethic
Your Tasks
- Adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards in back-of-house areas
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Performing cleaning duties in the scullery, kitchen, cold storage, and storage rooms
- Operating the dishwasher and ensuring the proper sorting and clearing of dishes, cutlery, and porcelain
- Following daily and monthly cleaning schedules
- Caring for food and beverage materials
- Using resources economically
- Applying the appropriate cleaning products and tools professionally
