Your Mission - Lead One of Our Flagship Stations

As a Station Manager, you will oversee a high-profile operation delivering Line Maintenance and Light Base Maintenance to our key base customer and numerous renowned international airlines.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, motivate, and develop a skilled team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, defect rectifications, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Optimize Resources: Plan and allocate staff, equipment, and infrastructure for peak efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Champion Safety & Quality: Foster a robust safety culture and uphold uncompromising quality standards.
  • Deliver Measurable Results: Manage budgets, control costs, deliver on employer of choice targets, and achieve operational KPIs.
  • Innovate & Improve: Apply LEAN, Continuous Improvement (CI), and 5S methodologies to drive SQDCP performance gains.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in a station management role or a senior operational leadership role within the aviation industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams in an operational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in strengthening leadership capabilities across teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and EASA Part-145 regulations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
  • English proficiency (C1). French is an advantage.
