As a Station Manager, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of maintenance services while meeting financial targets and fostering a positive team environment.

Your Tasks

  • Lead & Inspire - Manage, motivate, and develop a skilled team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services.
  • Drive Operational Excellence - Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, defect rectifications, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Optimize Resources - Plan and allocate staff, equipment, and infrastructure for peak efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Champion Safety & Quality - Foster a robust safety culture and uphold uncompromising quality standards.
  • Deliver Measurable Results - Manage budgets, control costs, achieve operational KPIs, and maintain employer-of-choice targets.
  • Innovate & Improve - Apply LEAN, Continuous Improvement (CI), and 5S methodologies to drive SQDCP performance gains.

Your Profile

  • Proven track record in station management or a senior leadership role in aviation maintenance.
  • Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, and team leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and EASA Part-145 regulations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and French (C1) and strong MS Office skills.
