Role Overview
As a member of our Housekeeping team on our River vessels, the Stateroom Steward/ess is dedicated to delivering friendly, personalized housekeeping services to our guests. This important role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest staterooms and public areas while ensuring exceptional customer service. The Stateroom Steward/ess will report directly to the Housekeeper.
What You Will Do On Board
- Daily cleaning of staterooms, public areas, toilets, and the reception area.
- Careful handling of cleaning products, materials, and housekeeping equipment.
- Rotating laundry duties including washing, ironing, and folding.
- Distribution of daily programs, gift orders, and turndown services in staterooms.
- Reporting technical defects of staterooms to the supervisor/reception and assisting with embarkation/disembarkation.
- Conducting stock takes, inventory, and participating in onboard training programs.

About You
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in housekeeping.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a service-oriented and guest-focused mindset.
- Must maintain impeccable hygiene standards and exhibit discretion with confidential information.
