Position Overview
The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist will support the execution of a global data validation campaign related to the data collected during the external partner onboarding and administration processes. This initiative ensures that required regulatory and compliance information is complete and accurate for all external partners working with Roche.
In this role, you will engage with Roche Responsible Persons (RRPs)—employees who oversee and manage external partners such as contractors, consultants, managed services, and collaborators. You will support these RRPs throughout the validation campaign by tracking progress, following up on incomplete submissions, and assisting in ensuring timely completion. You will also collaborate closely with the Project team to facilitate the successful delivery of this initiative.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement & Follow-up:
- Engage with RRPs responsible for managing external partners globally.
- Follow up with RRPs to ensure completion of data collection and validation, assisting with incomplete submissions as necessary.
- Coordinate with the extended external workforce team regarding data changes and questions.
- Project Management:
- Monitor completion and validation progress across RRPs, tracking completion status.
- Maintain structured tracking of outreach and responses.
- Risk Identification & Escalation:
- Identify delays or challenges that may impact campaign completion.
- Escalate issues and align with the Project & Campaign team as necessary, adhering to a predefined governance model.
Must Haves
- Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ - levels B, E, or M); higher education is not required.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, coordination, or operational support roles.
- Work experience in matrixed, international settings and/or medium to large corporations.
- Comfort in interacting with stakeholders and driving follow-ups to ensure task completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate stakeholders.
- Intermediate project management skills, including the ability to provide regular status updates and proactively identify risks and issues.
- Affinity for IT tools, particularly experience with Google Workspace.
- Adeptness in handling challenging conversations professionally, including with stakeholders who may be hesitant to participate.
- High motivation, independent, and collaborative team worker with a structured, organized work style.
- Flexibility to adapt to various needs and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in business English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Looker Studio.
- Language skills in German, Spanish, Chinese, or French.
