Job Opportunity: Stability Coordinator (m/w/d)
Techfirm is seeking a Stability Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our partner's Drug Product Services (DPS) team in Basel. In this dynamic environment, you will play a key role in supporting stability studies and sample management, collaborating closely with the Analytical and Formulation Development teams to deliver specialized solutions for international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all pull activities for stability studies and prepare necessary documentation.
- Log and receive samples in LIMS, collaborating with various departments.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for staging, data collection in iLab, and organize storage in stability chambers.
- Ensure proper receipt of stand-alone and stability samples, including shipping documentation and data logger readout.
- Support internal and external sample shipment, sample destruction, archiving, and instrument responsibility.
- Continuously optimize and revise sample management processes.
- Ensure compliance with lab, safety, and cGMP regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed apprenticeship or degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, preferably in sample management.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP environments and ICH stability guidelines.
- Experience with QC stability, sample management, and LIMS.
- Good understanding of biotechnology development processes.
- Excellent reporting and scientific skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- German language skills are a plus, as you will work in a German-speaking environment.
