Job Opportunity: Stability Coordinator (m/w/d)

Techfirm is seeking a dedicated Stability Coordinator to join our partner's Drug Product Services (DPS) team in Basel. In this dynamic environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting stability studies and sample management, collaborating closely with Analytical and Formulation Development teams to deliver tailored solutions for an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all pull activities for stability studies and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Log and receive samples in LIMS while collaborating with various departments.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for staging, data collection in iLab, and organize storage in stability chambers.
  • Ensure proper receipt of stand-alone and stability samples, including shipping documentation and datalogger readout.
  • Support internal and external sample shipment, sample destruction, archiving, and instrument oversight.
  • Continuously optimize and revise sample management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory, safety, and cGMP regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed apprenticeship or degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, preferably in sample management.
  • Strong working knowledge of GMP environments and ICH stability guidelines.
  • Experience with QC stability, sample management, and LIMS.
  • Good understanding of biotechnology development processes.
  • Excellent reporting and scientific skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • German language skills are an advantage, as you will work in a German-speaking environment.
