The Business Development team is complementing TEAM’s established expertise in marketing UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions by leading the way in developing new commercial opportunities for the TEAM group of companies and targeting prospective partners in the sports sector.
As a Sponsorship Sales Associate within the Business Development team, you will play an integral role in delivering sales results for TEAM’s clients while expanding TEAM’s network and market knowledge. Your initial focus will be on developing commercial opportunities across a range of dynamic sports properties, including esports and football (excluding UEFA competitions), to support both existing clients and future partnerships.
You have initial experience in sponsorship sales, ideally within the sports industry, and are passionate about connecting clients with the best sponsors. A solid understanding of major players, competitors, and market trends is essential. Your confident and collaborative approach allows you to effectively sell, negotiate, and build trusted relationships at all levels, both internally and externally with clients or target brands. With an analytical mindset and proficiency in key tools and frameworks, you can uncover valuable insights and identify meaningful connections between properties and brands. Your growing commercial understanding supports sales activities, and you are eager to expand your professional network to create and maintain a consistent flow of opportunities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively are crucial. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar design software is a plus.
