Complementing TEAM’s established expertise in marketing UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions, the Business Development team is leading the charge in developing new commercial opportunities for the TEAM group of companies while targeting prospective partners in the sports industry.
As a Sponsorship Sales Associate within the Business Development team, you will play an integral role in delivering sales results for TEAM’s clients and expanding TEAM’s network and market knowledge. Initially, your focus will be on developing commercial opportunities across various dynamic sports properties – including esports and football (excluding UEFA competitions) – aimed at supporting both existing clients and future partnerships.
You have initial experience in sponsorship sales – ideally in the sports industry – and are passionate about finding the best sponsors for clients. A solid understanding of major players, competitors, and market trends is essential. Your confident and collaborative approach enables you to contribute to selling, negotiating, and building trusted relationships at all levels – both internally and externally. With your analytical mindset and a solid grasp of key tools and frameworks, you are equipped to connect the dots, uncover valuable insights, and identify meaningful links between properties and brands. Your growing commercial understanding enhances sales activities, and you are eager to build and expand your industry network to create and maintain a consistent flow of opportunities. Moreover, you can communicate effectively and present your ideas with ease, recognizing the importance of delivering to the highest standards. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar design software would be an advantage.
