Complementing TEAM’s established expertise in marketing UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions, the Business Development team is now at the forefront of developing new commercial opportunities for the TEAM group of companies, targeting prospective partners in the sports sector.
As a Sponsorship Sales Associate within the Business Development team, you will be integral to delivering sales results for TEAM’s clients while expanding our network and market insight. Your focus will initially be on developing commercial opportunities across a variety of dynamic sports properties, including esports and football (excluding UEFA competitions), to support both existing clients and future partnerships.
You have initial experience in sponsorship sales—ideally within the sports industry—and are passionate about connecting the best sponsors with clients. A solid understanding of major players, competitors, and market trends is essential. Your confident and collaborative nature enables you to contribute effectively to sales, negotiation, and building trusted relationships at all levels—both internally and externally with clients or target brands.
With an analytical mindset and proficiency with key tools and frameworks, you are well-equipped to uncover valuable insights and identify meaningful links between properties and brands. Your growing commercial acumen supports your sales activities, and you are eager to build and expand your industry network to ensure a steady stream of opportunities. You communicate effectively and present your ideas vocally and in writing, always with an eye toward the highest standards. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or similar design software would be an advantage.
