Complementing TEAM’s established expertise in marketing UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions, the Business Development team is at the forefront of developing new commercial opportunities for the TEAM group of companies while targeting prospective partners in sports.
As a Sponsorship Sales Associate within the Business Development team, you will play an integral role in delivering sales results for TEAM’s clients while expanding TEAM’s network and market knowledge. Your focus will initially be on developing commercial opportunities across various dynamic sports properties—including esports and football (excluding UEFA competitions)—to support existing clients and future partnerships.
You have initial experience in sponsorship sales—ideally in the sports industry—and are passionate about finding the best sponsors for clients. A solid understanding of major players, competitors, and market trends is essential. Your confident and collaborative approach enables you to contribute to selling, negotiating, and building trusted relationships at all levels—internally and externally with clients or target brands. With your analytical mindset and a strong grasp of key tools and frameworks, you are well-equipped to uncover valuable insights and identify meaningful connections between properties and brands. Your growing commercial understanding supports sales activities, and you are eager to build and expand your industry network to create and maintain a consistent flow of opportunities. Moreover, you can communicate effectively and present your ideas with ease, understanding the importance of delivering the highest standards. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or a similar design software is advantageous.
