Job Opportunity: Specialist in Trauma Surgery and Orthopedics

We are seeking an experienced specialist in trauma surgery and orthopedics to enhance our medical team at a prominent insurance company. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to patient care through comprehensive assessments and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent and responsible medical assessments regarding vocational reintegration capabilities.
• Clarify medical prerequisites for insurance-related claims through detailed analysis of complex medical documentation, communication with treating physicians, arrangements for external expert evaluations, and conducting independent examinations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialists in vocational integration and case management.

Profile

• Several years of clinical experience as a specialist in trauma surgery and orthopedics.
• Knowledge of insurance and social medicine is advantageous.
• Proficient in written and spoken German.
• Willingness to align social medical concerns with insurance law frameworks.
• Enjoyment of open exchanges in interdisciplinary and professional teams.
• Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office.
