Join our team as a QC Specialist and play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant laboratory operations. In this position, you will apply your in-depth bioanalytical expertise to support the laboratory team in the efficient execution of analytical activities, investigations, and data review processes.
Working in a GxP-regulated environment, you will ensure that laboratory activities are performed in accordance with GxP and HSE guidelines while reviewing and approving analytical data to maintain accuracy, reliability, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented scientific professional who enjoys combining hands-on technical knowledge with quality-focused decision-making.

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies, and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay-setting policy and will be reviewed periodically upon joining Novartis.
