Main Tasks and Responsibilities

As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in managing the full spectrum of HR administration from onboarding to departure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintaining and updating personnel records, while addressing queries related to employment contracts and benefits.
  • Coordinating payroll administration with our payroll provider.
  • Managing personnel insurances and pension funds, along with accident and sickness claims.
  • Enhancing employer branding to attract new talent and supporting recruitment efforts for our growing team.
  • Ensuring legal compliance by keeping abreast of new regulations and workplace requirements.
  • Supporting the organization of company events and team-building initiatives.
  • Managing employee benefits and training programs.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the team.
  • Helping to shape and cultivate the high-performance culture and values of our organization.
  • Assisting in conducting employee evaluations and surveys.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Your Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Human Resources Specialist in a small organization.
  • Proven understanding and experience in HR management and administration.
  • Additional experience in HR or banking is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment process.
  • Outstanding numerical aptitude and proficiency in Excel.
  • Empathetic traits and strong emotional intelligence, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Solution-oriented, precise, hands-on, and forward-thinking.
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently.

Your Education

  • Education as an HR Specialist or HR Manager.
  • Academic degree and/or higher education is a plus.
  • Banking education is an advantage.
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
