- Manage the entire HR administration process from onboarding to departure, including the issuance of documents such as employment contracts and certificates.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process from A to Z, comprising job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update personnel records and address queries related to employment contracts and benefits.
- Coordinate payroll administration in collaboration with our payroll provider.
- Handle all personnel insurances, pension fund matters, and manage accident and sickness claims.
- Enhance employer branding to attract new talent, while supporting and coordinating recruitment efforts for our growing team.
- Ensure legal compliance and stay updated on new regulations and requirements in the workplace.
- Support the organization of company events and team-building initiatives.
- Manage employee benefits and training programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the team.
- Help shape a high-performance culture and uphold the core values of our company.
- Assist in conducting employee evaluations and surveys.
