About the Role

Our client, an international organization, is seeking an HR Specialist for a permanent contract. You will support the HR Business Partner with vital tasks such as updating the HR database, drafting employment agreements, managing social insurance matters, overseeing the payroll process, and addressing employee requests.

Work Tasks

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding (administrative tasks, enhancing the onboarding program, etc.)
  • Obtaining work permits
  • Time management and leave/vacation management
  • Updating HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation, sick leave, etc.)
  • Assisting in the payroll process
  • Managing social insurances (pension, accident, AHV, etc.)
  • Supporting the HRBP in the Compensation & Benefits process

We Are Looking For

  • Commercial maturity or CFC, HR Certificate, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social regulations (payroll, work permits, etc.)
  • One year of professional experience in a similar HR administrative role is a significant plus
  • Fluency in French and English
  • A stable, responsible, and stress-tolerant personality
