HR Specialist

Your tasks include:

• Supporting the HR Business Partner in managing employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Independently managing HR processes such as employment contracts, contract amendments, absences, returns to work, transfers, and terminations.
• Providing first-level HR advice to employees and managers on employment conditions, internal regulations, absences, and contractual matters.
• Preparing contracts, employment letters, certificates, and other HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and legal requirements.
• Contributing to HR projects and process improvements, supporting the development of efficient tools, procedures, and HR services.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• An HR Specialist certification, such as the Swiss Federal Professional Certificate in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification, is regarded as a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or comparable role, with exposure to key HR processes.
• Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and the ability to manage HR cases with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, organizational ability, and a service-oriented approach.
• Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
