Do you want to accompany people in their daily lives and provide them with an environment where they feel comfortable and safe? As a Specialist in Care EFZ, you will play a central role in supporting and promoting individuals in supported living arrangements, care facilities, or home care. Your commitment helps those receiving care feel secure and valued in their environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Individual and needs-oriented support for people requiring assistance.
- Support in daily living, mobilization, and social companionship.
- Active involvement in leisure activities, creative programs, and movement initiatives.
- Promotion of independence and social interaction.
- Close collaboration with relatives, professionals, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Documentation of care measures performed to ensure quality.
Your Profile - You Bring the Following
- A completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ.
- Enjoyment in accompanying and caring for people in different life situations.
- Empathy, social competence, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented work style.
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
