- Assist with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care
- Co-design and lead engaging leisure activities
- Support the independence and social integration of those in your care
- Collaborate closely with family members, interdisciplinary professionals, and therapists
- Document care measures with attention to detail for quality assurance
Your Profile

- Have completed training as a Professional Care Specialist EFZ
- Are passionate about supporting individuals and identifying their unique needs
- Possess empathy and strong social competence
- Thrive in a team environment, demonstrating reliability and responsibility
- Have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
