Job Description
- Assembly of small motors with diameters ranging from 10 mm to 65 mm
- Work under a microscope
- Assembling and gluing components
- Bending and cutting thin copper wires
- Operating simple hand presses to complex machines
- Soldering copper wires onto circuit boards
- Reading and implementing technical instructions
Expectations
- Strong tactile perception and excellent manual dexterity
- Very good eyesight, particularly for microscope tasks
- High craftsmanship skills and precise working methods
- No allergies to adhesives, oils, fats, cleaning agents, or similar substances
- Experience in microscope work
- Desirable: experience in stripping, measuring, crimping, gluing, and pouring
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and flexibility in both individual and group settings
- High sense of responsibility and independence
- Ability to work collaboratively and strong communication skills
- Punctuality and commitment
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written (at least B1)
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
