We are currently seeking a SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST to join our dynamic team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST (IMMEDIATELY UPON ONBOARDING)
- Prepare quotes and oversee the follow-up of spare parts orders.
- Advise customers and subsidiaries on spare parts.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation management and filing.
ANALYST (PROGRESSIVELY, IN ADDITION TO SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST DUTIES):
Support the spare parts service manager with the following:
- Preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
- Preparing financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
- Conducting analyses to optimize inventory management.
- Conducting analyses to improve spare parts forecasting.
- Supporting analyses related to spare parts pricing strategies.
- Participating in continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a technical profession (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.).
- 3 to 10 years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in English (C1) and French (C1); proficiency in an additional language (Italian, German, or Spanish) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of MATISA products or equivalent construction and maintenance machines for railway renovation is a strong asset.
TOOLS USED IN THIS POSITION:
- Sage X3 ERP system
