We are currently seeking a SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST to join our dynamic team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST (IMMEDIATELY UPON ONBOARDING)

  • Prepare quotes and oversee the follow-up of spare parts orders.
  • Advise customers and subsidiaries on spare parts.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate documentation management and filing.

ANALYST (PROGRESSIVELY, IN ADDITION TO SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST DUTIES):

Support the spare parts service manager with the following:

  • Preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
  • Preparing financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
  • Conducting analyses to optimize inventory management.
  • Conducting analyses to improve spare parts forecasting.
  • Supporting analyses related to spare parts pricing strategies.
  • Participating in continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a technical profession (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.).
  • 3 to 10 years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and French (C1); proficiency in an additional language (Italian, German, or Spanish) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of MATISA products or equivalent construction and maintenance machines for railway renovation is a strong asset.

  • Sage X3 ERP system
  • Therefore - Document Management System
  • Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • PowerBI
