We are currently seeking a SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST to enhance our team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST (IMMEDIATE ONBOARDING)

  • Prepare quotes and oversee the follow-up of spare parts orders.
  • Advise customers and subsidiaries on spare parts.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate and meticulous filing and documentation management.

ANALYST (PROGRESSIVELY, ADDITIONAL TO SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST DUTIES)

Support the spare parts service manager with:

  • Preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
  • Conducting financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
  • Optimizing inventory management through data insights.
  • Improving spare parts forecasting methodologies.
  • Analyzing spare parts pricing strategies.
  • Participating in continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.)
  • 3 to 10 years of industry experience.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and French (C1); an additional language (Italian, German, or Spanish) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MATISA products or experience with railway renovation and maintenance machinery is a strong asset.

TOOLS USED IN THIS POSITION:

  • Sage X3 ERP system
  • Therefore - Document Management System
  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • PowerBI
