SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST

We are currently seeking a SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST to enhance our team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST (IMMEDIATE ONBOARDING)
- Prepare quotes and oversee the follow-up of spare parts orders.
- Advise customers and subsidiaries on spare parts.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
- Ensure accurate and meticulous filing and documentation management.
ANALYST (PROGRESSIVELY, ADDITIONAL TO SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST DUTIES)
Support the spare parts service manager with:
- Preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
- Conducting financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
- Optimizing inventory management through data insights.
- Improving spare parts forecasting methodologies.
- Analyzing spare parts pricing strategies.
- Participating in continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.)
- 3 to 10 years of industry experience.
- Fluency in English (C1) and French (C1); an additional language (Italian, German, or Spanish) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MATISA products or experience with railway renovation and maintenance machinery is a strong asset.
TOOLS USED IN THIS POSITION:
- Sage X3 ERP system
- Therefore - Document Management System
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- PowerBI
