We are currently looking for a SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST to join our dynamic team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST (IMMEDIATELY UPON ONBOARDING)

  • Prepare quotes and oversee the follow-up of spare parts orders.
  • Advise customers and subsidiaries on spare parts.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate and rigorous filing and documentation management.

ANALYST (PROGRESSIVELY, IN ADDITION TO SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST DUTIES)

  • Support the spare parts service manager with preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
  • Prepare financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
  • Conduct analyses to optimize inventory management.
  • Conduct analyses to improve spare parts forecasting.
  • Support analyses related to spare parts pricing strategies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master's degree in Engineering in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.).
  • 3 to 10 years of industry experience.
  • Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1); proficiency in an additional language (Italian, German, or Spanish) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MATISA products or equivalent construction of railway renovation and maintenance machines is a strong asset.

  • Sage X3 ERP system
  • Therefore - Document Management System
  • Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • PowerBI
