SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST

We are currently seeking a SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST to join our dynamic team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST (Immediate Onboarding)
- Prepare quotes and manage the follow-up of spare parts orders.
- Advise customers and subsidiaries regarding spare parts.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
- Ensure accurate and meticulous filing and documentation management.
ANALYST (Progressively, in addition to Spare Parts Specialist Duties):
- Support the spare parts service manager in preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
- Conduct financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
- Analyze data to optimize inventory management.
- Improve spare parts forecasting through data analysis.
- Assist in the evaluation of spare parts pricing strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.).
- 3 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Fluency in English (C1) and French (C1); an additional language (Italian, German, or Spanish) is a plus.
- Familiarity with MATISA products or equivalent railway renovation and maintenance machinery is a strong asset.
TOOLS USED IN THIS POSITION:
- Sage X3 ERP system

- Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
