We are currently seeking a SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST to join our dynamic team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST (Immediate Onboarding)

  • Prepare quotes and manage the follow-up of spare parts orders.
  • Advise customers and subsidiaries regarding spare parts.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate and meticulous filing and documentation management.

ANALYST (Progressively, in addition to Spare Parts Specialist Duties):

  • Support the spare parts service manager in preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
  • Conduct financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
  • Analyze data to optimize inventory management.
  • Improve spare parts forecasting through data analysis.
  • Assist in the evaluation of spare parts pricing strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.).
  • 3 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and French (C1); an additional language (Italian, German, or Spanish) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MATISA products or equivalent railway renovation and maintenance machinery is a strong asset.

  • Sage X3 ERP system
  • Therefore - Document Management System
  • Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • PowerBI
