Key Responsibilities
- Specialize in the preparation of tandoori items.
- Ability to create flavorful sauces and curries.
- Expertly prepare breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian-style clay oven).
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
- Focus on the garnishing and presentation of dishes, incorporating new cooking techniques.
- Plan menus and ensure quality food and portion control.
- Proficient with Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to maintain restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified, preferably holding a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- Commitment to work for a minimum of two years in our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
