Key Responsibilities
- Specialize in preparing a variety of Tandoori items.
- Demonstrate the ability to create sauces and prepare curries.
- Expertly prepare breads and meats using the Tandoor (Indian style clay oven).
- Plan and direct all food preparation and cooking activities.
- Ensure the garnishing and presentation of food meets high standards, while exploring new cooking techniques.
- Plan menus, ensuring quality of food and portion control.
- Be proficient with Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
- Develop innovative menu options based on seasonal changes and customer preferences.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen staff to align with our restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified candidates should preferably hold a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- A commitment to working for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland.
