Key Responsibilities
- Specialized in preparing Tandoori items.
- Ability to prepare sauces and curry.
- Must be capable of preparing breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian style clay oven).
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
- Garnishing and presentation of food, while incorporating new cooking techniques.
- Plan menus and ensure quality of food and portion control.
- Proficient with Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Preferably holds a diploma or a degree in Hospitality.
- A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
