Key Responsibilities
- Specialized in preparing tandoori items.
- Ability to prepare sauces and curry dishes.
- Expert in preparing breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian-style clay oven).
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
- Garnish and present food using innovative cooking techniques.
- Plan menus and ensure quality of food and portion control.
- Proficient with Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to adhere to restaurant standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified candidates should ideally possess a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
