Job Highlights

  • Strong experience in Chinese cuisine (preferably Indo-Chinese), including all varieties of noodles and rice.
  • Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages.
  • Comprehensive understanding of every aspect of Chinese dishes.
  • Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment, such as Woks.
  • Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
  • Assistance in the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Responsible for recruiting and training new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Preferred qualification: diploma or degree in Hospitality.
  • Commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland.
  • Sound knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, preferably Indo-Chinese, and Chinese cooking techniques.
  • Additional knowledge of the German language is preferred.
