Key Responsibilities
- Specialized in preparing Tandoori items.
- Ability to prepare sauces and curry dishes.
- Skilled in baking breads and grilling meats in the Tandoor (Indian-style clay oven).
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
- Garnish and present food attractively, using innovative cooking techniques.
- Plan menus, ensuring food quality and portion control.
- Proficient with Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer preferences.
- Assist with meal design preparation and planning.
- Recruit and train new kitchen staff to uphold restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Preferred qualifications include a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- Commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine.
