Are you passionate about creating authentic Tandoori dishes? Do you have the skills to make the best Tandoori delicacies? We are looking for a talented Tandoori Chef to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialized in preparing Tandoori items.
  • Ability to prepare sauces and curry dishes.
  • Skilled in baking breads and grilling meats in the Tandoor (Indian-style clay oven).
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Garnish and present food attractively, using innovative cooking techniques.
  • Plan menus, ensuring food quality and portion control.
  • Proficient with Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
  • Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer preferences.
  • Assist with meal design preparation and planning.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen staff to uphold restaurant and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Preferred qualifications include a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
  • Commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine.
