Job Description

Are you skilled in creating authentic Tandoori dishes? Do you have a passion for preparing the perfect Tandoori Chicken? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialize in preparing Tandoori items.
  • Prepare sauces and curry dishes.
  • Handle the preparation of breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian-style clay oven).
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Ensure proper garnishing and presentation of food, utilizing new cooking techniques.
  • Plan menus and ensure quality of food as well as portion control.
  • Proficiently operate Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
  • Develop innovative menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
  • Assist in the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen staff to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel.
  • Qualified with a diploma or degree in Hospitality (preferred).
  • A commitment to work for a minimum of two years in our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
  • Sound knowledge of Tandoori cooking techniques and ingredients.
