Are you skilled in creating authentic tandoori dishes? Do you take pride in making the perfect tandoori delights? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialize in preparing a variety of tandoori items.
  • Demonstrate the ability to craft flavorful sauces and curries.
  • Prepare breads and meats utilizing the Tandoor (Indian-style clay oven).
  • Plan and oversee food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Focus on garnishing and presentation techniques while exploring new cooking methods.
  • Develop and plan menus, ensuring food quality and portion control.
  • Be proficient with Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
  • Innovate new menu options based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Assist in meal design preparation and planning.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen staff to uphold restaurant and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Qualifications preferably include a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
  • Commitment to work with us for a minimum of two years in Switzerland is expected.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian cuisine and culinary techniques.
