Key Responsibilities
- Specialize in the preparation of Tandoori items.
- Prepare sauces and curries with precision.
- Expertly manage the Tandoor, preparing an array of breads and meats.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
- Ensure the garnishing and presentation of food meets high standards while exploring new cooking techniques.
- Develop menus, ensuring food quality and portion control.
- Utilize Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment proficiently.
- Create new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer preferences.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen staff to uphold our restaurant's standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Qualifications preferably include a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland.
