Responsibilities
- Specialized in preparing a variety of Tandoori items.
- Ability to prepare sauces and curry dishes.
- Expertise in preparing breads and meats using the Tandoor (Indian style clay oven).
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
- Garnish and present food using innovative cooking techniques.
- Plan menus and ensure quality of food along with portion control.
- Proficient with Tandoori and BBQ specialty equipment.
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified, preferably with a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland.
