Job Description

Are you skilled in creating authentic Tandoori dishes? Do you have the expertise to prepare the best Tandoori chicken? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Specialized in preparing a variety of Tandoori items.
  • Ability to prepare sauces and curry dishes.
  • Expertise in preparing breads and meats using the Tandoor (Indian style clay oven).
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Garnish and present food using innovative cooking techniques.
  • Plan menus and ensure quality of food along with portion control.
  • Proficient with Tandoori and BBQ specialty equipment.
  • Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Qualified, preferably with a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland.
