Job Opportunity: Tandoori Specialist

Are you passionate about creating authentic Tandoori dishes? Do you have a flair for preparing the best Tandoori chicken? If so, we want you to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialize in preparing a variety of tandoori items.
  • Ability to create sauces and prepare curries.
  • Expertly prepare breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian-style clay oven).
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Ensure garnishing and presentation of food meets high standards, along with utilizing new cooking techniques.
  • Plan menus while ensuring quality of food and adherence to portion control.
  • Proficiently operate Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
  • Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen employees to uphold restaurant and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel.
  • Qualified, preferably with a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
  • Commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurant in Switzerland is expected.
