  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Chinese dishes.
  • Proficient in BBQ and specialized Chinese cooking equipment, such as the wok.
  • Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
  • Assist in the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen staff to uphold restaurant and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Qualified candidates should preferably hold a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
  • A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
  • In-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine, with a preference for Indo-Chinese cooking techniques.
  • Proficiency in the German language is preferred.
